Darussalam Society – Terms & Conditions for Hire

By hiring chairs, tables, or the venue from Darussalam Society, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• All hire bookings must be confirmed in writing.

• Full payment is required before collection or use of any items or the venue.

• Bookings are subject to availability and may be denied or rescheduled at the discretion of Darussalam Society.

2. Collection & Return

• Items must be collected and returned at the agreed times.

• Late returns may incur additional charges.

• The hirer is responsible for transportation unless otherwise agreed.

3. Care of Equipment

• All hired items must be returned in clean and good condition.

• Items must not be altered, painted, or damaged in any way.

• Loss or damage to any item will result in replacement charges as outlined below

4. Liability

• Darussalam Society is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during the hire period.

• Hirers are advised to handle equipment carefully and ensure safe usage.
