Conditions of Hire
1. Meeting before use (orientation around the premises).
2. Regular meetings
3. The contract must be signed
4. The user shall only use the premises within the times and days specified in the contract.
5. All damages are the responsibility of the user. The user shall pay for the cost of repairs
or replacement.
6. The user shall ensure that the premises are locked up and secure after use
7. Rooms are to be left neat and tidy
8. Lights heating cooling must be turned off after use
9. Kitchen – everything turned off. Equipment washed and put away after use
10. All doors are to be locked before exiting the building after hours
11. The user shall be responsible for ensuring the premises left clean and tidy.
12. Rubbish inside and outside is to be placed in appropriate bins outside if not a cleaner will
be hired to clean, and the expense will be billed to the hirer
13. There shall be no subletting of the premises to a third party
14. DCC reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings if groups have failed to meet the
above conditions.
15. The user may exit the contract with 1 months’ notice
